Camille is back in the kitchen...
After a 3 year break setting up a cocktail bar, collaborating on a hotel bar and being altogether a bit more glamourous, Camille has rejoined the kitchen team part time. This is partly due to some team members moving to pastures new but mainly because she has missed it and wants to get back to where she is happiest ... covered in garlic and goosefat!
Beers from Greenwich Meantime Brewery...
The Charles Lamb has been trying to buy as much locally as possible. Meantime Brewery in Greenwich are now supplying us with both our draught Lagers, one of which is known as The Charles Lamb Lager.
This means that all our draught products are British brands and brewed in the UK, 50% of these come from within the M25.
If you have any suggestions or comments about our beers please speak to the bar staff or email us on drink@thecharleslambpub.com

The Charles Lamb House Wines!
Camille and Hobby went to visit our lovely friends at Domaine St Hilaire in the Languedoc (you may well have sampled their wares here already) and have selected three delicious wines - red, white and rosé - which are being produced exclusively for us to become the Charles Lamb's offical house wines.
The label has been designed for us by Rob Ryan.

The Charles Lamb Patron's List...
As you may or may not know, we like our wine here at the Charles Lamb. Camille has spent the last few months cherry picking a few favourites from our suppliers to keep a limited supply of special wines in the cellar. They are available by the bottle only and a mixture of traditional classics and unusual grape varieties from the old world growers... they won't be written up on the board so please ask at the bar to see this list.
